I’ve turned my own shattered threads into a mission of helping women like you find healing in Christ through devotional storytelling and art.
If you have ever felt overwhelmed, tired, or unsure where your next step will land, I want you to know something: you are not alone.
I’m a North Carolina girl at heart, raised on Southern hospitality and the belief that no one should have to walk a hard road alone. Life, however, has a way of unraveling the neat patterns we expect. Over the years, the Lord has allowed me to walk through experiences that reshaped both my faith and my calling.
My heart for this ministry comes from the places where I have had to lean hardest on the Master Weaver.
• Life-altering crisis that changed everything in a moment
• Walking through deep loss as a mother
• The quiet grief of miscarriage and stillbirth
• Healing from threads of childhood trauma
• The sacred work of foster care and adoption
• Three decades in women’s ministry and life as a pastor’s wife
These experiences did not break the story God was writing.
They revealed something beautiful.
The Master Weaver never wastes a single thread.
A Few Simple Joys: The “Brooke Threads”
The Cavapoo Crew: We have three children from preteen to young, married adult. We also have two King Charles Cavalier Spaniel/Poodle dogs. My favorite simple joy is sneaking treats to these mischievous pups!
Southern to the Core: I sweat hospitality through the four seasons of pollen, tornado, football and summer.
Artist at Heart: With a background in textile design, I love weaving visuals and words together to find beauty in the every day.
“The Christian is the one whose imagination should fly beyond the stars.”
